The owner of the four Seasons Hotel project is a Singapore company, while managed by an American company. The company in charge of operation is headquartered in Canada. The owners, management team and design companies came from multiple countries, professional subcontracting also involves Korea, Switzerland and other countries. Construction staff came from China, Malaysia, Australia and more than 10 countries, and equipment from South Korea, Germany and other foreign suppliers.
