On April 23, Deputy Speaker of the Ethiopian Federal Parliament, Mohamed Bork, led a delegation of parliamentarians and the media to inspect the Bahir Dar Industrial Park project.

Mohamed listened to the introduction of the project in detail, visited the the one-stop service building and the steel structure workshop, affirmed the work done in the early stage of the project. Mohamed expressed that he was impressed by the progress and quality of the project.

In the afternoon, the parliamentary delegation and the media met with the mayor of Bahir Dar, the village head and representatives of the villagers, listened to the overall comments of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) from all parties. Mohamed praised CCECC for actively helping the villagers to solve the drinking water problem, employment and other livelihood issues around the project.

Mohamed expressed that China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation is a work team with high standard, high quality, high efficiency, furthermore, a reliable, trust worthy enterprise. The Industrial Park project has injected new impetus into the city of Bahir Dar as well as open up new space for bilateral cooperation.

the Bahir Dar Industrial Park is the fifth industrial park project built by CCECC in Ethiopia. Among them, the Awasa Industrial Park has been completed and put into operation, which is known as "the milestone of Ethiopia's industrialization."
